A native of Greater Cleveland, Ohio, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio, and a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School (Graduating with Order of the Curia, an academic distinction).
Attorney Musial is admitted to the Ohio Bar (1985) and the Florida Bar (1986). He graduated from Capital University Law School in 1985 as a member of the Order of the Curia, an academic honors society. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Florida State Bar Association. His membership in each Bar Association includes membership in each Association’s respective section on Elder Law, Probate and Estate Planning. Further, he is a member of other related organizations, such as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
He has been a frequent lecturer on Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid, Trust and Probate Administration, and Estate Planning topics for Continuing Legal Education, professional organizations, clubs and schools. He is also a co-author of AVOIDING PROBATE IN OHIO and OHIO ESTATE PLANNING. He is currently an active member of the Vermilion Rotary Club, the North Olmsted Foundation, and is active in many other community, church and charitable organizations.
